Community Manager & Moderator (Finnish) to provide core services on two brands in the gaming and automotive sectors.

What You'll Do In this work you will provide two core services; community management and moderation.
ModeratorAs a Moderator you will protect our client's brand and make sure their reputation is kept safe at all times. As a core part of the opportunity, you will be reviewing strong graphic images, sound files and written content that may violate the guidelines of the community.
Community Manager As a community manager you will be responding to comments, complaints, queries and engaging with the online audience on behalf of the brand. This will be in line with the brand's social media strategy, tone of voice and brand guidelines so that you can communicate with customers efficiently and effectively.
Across both services you will: - Moderate and engage with a brand's audience in accordance with The Social Element guidelines and client-specific guidelines.
- Carrying out the work and training accordingly to the times scheduled in the project schedule
- Escalating user-generated content that falls within the official escalation processes (eg child safety, bomb threats)
- Offering support to other moderators and/or community managers who need assistance as well as mentoring new moderators and supporting them
- Complete shift reports using templates provided according to individual project requirements
- Informing Project Managers of any technical or other issues with sites or content and providing feedback on any client issues
Working Hours Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have flexibility to work across
weekdays, evenings and weekends to cover all project hours. At times, the times may change and the amount of hours you will be required to work may
increase or decrease depending on the needs of the projects.

Requirements Excellent Finnish and English level: As you'll be working with content in both languages, it's a must to have superb reading skills.
Background experience: either engagement, social customer care, localisation, translation, copywriting, moderation, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency.
Social Media knowledge: Experience in using either Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube.
A confidence with digital technology: you know the latest trends in social media like the back of your hand and like to be in the know with upcoming trends and changes.
A self-motivated social media expert who is comfortable working remotely, proactive and takes pride in the work they deliver
IT Policy We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy which means to carry out this work, your PC will need to meet the following requirements:
- Operating system Windows 10 64bits or higher / MAC OS X version 11.7 (Big Sur) or higher. We do not support Windows 8 or older / MacOS Catalina or older.
- i5 7th generation or faster 64-bit (x64) processor
- At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
- Internet speed is 20Mbps download / 1Mbps upload (50Mbps download / 5Mbps upload is recommended)
- 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
- A Webcam and headset
- Android or iOS device for 2FA
