In briefThe role will initially focus on the Swedish Investments and Capital Insurances but will, to some extent, support the Finnish pensions business with focus on Finnish death estate handling process. Therefore, we are looking for a pension administrator with experience from the Swedish pension system but want to broaden their knowledge within the Finnish pension system.

The position is based in Stockholm, and you report to Head of Pension Operations in Stockholm, Sweden.
This is part of the roleAs a Pension administrator, you'll work with various administrative tasks that require accuracy and extensive knowledge in the pensions area. We are therefore looking for someone who has previous experience from a similar role and is familiar with handling pensions, product regulations, routines and insurance contracts for life and pension insurance. The Pension operation team has a close cooperation with other parts of the organization.
You will manage all, or part of the customer journey for our products and services. It includes new opening, maintenance of customer information, payouts and closures as well as death estate handling and final settlement.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Case management of all stages in the management of Investment and Capital Insurance for Sweden and Finland
- Manage death estates in Finnish
- Customer communication
- Creating and updating current manuals and routine descriptions
- Answer questions from internal departments, customers and external parties
- Regression tests of existing and new functionality
- Development work

To thrive in this role, you need to be interested and understand how to apply current regulations such as GDPR, AML in your daily work. Understanding our customers' needs and applying customer focus in your work is a matter of course. In addition to excellent knowledge of Finnish and Swedish, you are comfortable and express yourself well in spoken and written English.
Key responsibilitiesYou have experience in banking and/or the insurance industry with knowledge of the Swedish pension and Insurance systems. Since you partly will work with Finnish death estate management, we find it meritorious if you have experience from similar work or have worked within in the Finnish pension and insurance system. Experience from the Lumera insurance system is advantageous, also university studies in economics, finance or law, or other relevant insurance education. In addition, we see it as meritorious to have good knowledge of how processes for pension administration work, which parties are part of the value chain and how IT supports our daily work, as well as understanding banking and the insurance industry's requirements.
