Job Description:Order to Cash (O2C) Agent ensures customer's orders are correctly loaded onto the system, that any queries are resolved and that ESAB deliver on time what has been ordered and promised. First point of contact from Sales on order book management and related questions, availability of products, chase supplies, enter orders, claims, invoicing, and handle claims and returns. Supports Customer Service Desk and Sales Representative local colleagues while building and maintaining excellent partner relationships.

What You'll be doing 📚
- Order entry
- Order-book management
- Answering customer/ sales representatives, inquiries and requests
- Contact with planning, order desk (OD), supply chain and transport
- Manage invoicing, claims, returns, credit notes
- Support CSD, sales team, and customers
- Track local market changes
- Maintain customer data with CDM
- Assist sales and meet KPIs
- Follow LEAN principles and back up CSD calls when needed
