ASWO Denmark looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Representative

ASWO Nordic is the region's largest company in our field, specializing in repair and wholesale distribution. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Finnish-speaking professional to join our Danish office. We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Padborg. If you are fluent in Finnish at a native level and have a good command of English or German, we would love to hear from you!

Your areas of responsibility
Placed in our office in Padborg, you are part of the daily operations of the department, with the primary focus on ASWO Suomi and the daily running of the office. Our office in Denmark consists today of 12 colleagues, who support our customers in Norway and Denmark. To get the best start in this position, we have an onboarding program for new employees, and we offer a product course to introduce you to our ASWO product portfolio.

Your tasks:

• You will represent and execute the strategies of the central Sales and Marketing team.
• Processing incoming orders and handling customer inquiries.
• Managing helpdesk orders and handling complaints.
• Ensuring accurate data management, including translations.
• Providing excellent customer service and support.

About you
You could have experience from one of the major retailers selling white goods and electronics. The most important thing is that you have a good knowledge of the white goods and electronic industry. Your educational background is not important, previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. You speak Finnish on a fluent level and either English or German on a good level. As a person you are impactful, result-orientated and self-driven. You are motivated by being efficient, keeping things simple and you like working independently while still being part of a team. Furthermore, you have good people skills, can have a good overview and are empathetic.
