Engineering Technican

Our client is an established pharmaceutical manufacturer in Hal Far, Malta, producing both active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished medicines. Around 180 people work there, from a wide mix of nationalities and age groups, and the production team is growing.

The role

As an Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and calibrating production equipment and utilities, ensuring that all machinery remains safe, reliable and fully operational. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, support equipment setup for production runs and assist with equipment qualifications and external technicians. You will also manage spare parts documentation, support engineering projects and, when required, carry out welding and other maintenance work.

Shifts

Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 7:00 and 10:00 AM and 8-hour shifts.

What you bring

• Relevant technical qualification from MCAST or equivalent, and/or Electrical Licence A or B
  
• English at C1 level, spoken and written. Any other language is welcome, none required.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role
  
• Precision, reliability and comfort working to written procedures
  
• Readiness to relocate to Malta and organize your own move
  
• ​Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relocation
