The role

As a Junior Business Developer with main focus on the Finnish market, you'll be at the forefront of Kustom's growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new customers across a wide scope of potential B2B customers/merchants. The role is based at our Stockholm office, where we prioritize in-person collaboration to foster strong team dynamics while driving growth in Finland.

This role is ideal for driven professionals with sales experience, who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Things you'll be doing

• Find and connect with potential clients in different types of businesses and grow Kustom's presence, primarily in the Finnish market
• Show our product to clients over the phone or in video, explaining how it can help them
• Actively look for sales opportunities and work hard to close deals
• Manage the entire process from finding new clients to closing sales

Skills and experience you'll need

• Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, financial services, or fintech (though other B2B sales backgrounds will be considered)
• Eager to learn, grow, and aspire to become a top-performing Account Executive
• Confident in cold calling and pushing beyond your comfort zone
• Fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English
