Online Merchandiser (preferably Finnish speaking) - HP Nordic (Interim, 12 months)

We are now looking for a Online Merchandiser for a 12-month consulting assignment with HP Nordic, where you will work exclusively with brands such as HP, HyperX, and Poly. This is an interim position starting in mid-September (or by agreement) and is fully remote, with a preferred location in the Nordics.

About the Role

As an Online Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that HP's products are presented in the best possible way across the Nordic region's leading consumer electronics retailers.

You will manage the entire merchandising process-from planning and ordering through delivery, implementation, and follow-up. The role combines online merchandising with the coordination and development of basic in-store POS materials. You will work independently while collaborating closely with HP's Retail Team, Key Account Managers, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online merchandising across leading Nordic consumer electronics retailers.
• Coordinate, deliver, and follow up on digital product content.
• Ensure content is published accurately and according to plan.
• Identify opportunities to improve product pages and the overall customer experience.
• Develop and adapt basic POS materials and in-store communication.
• Create presentation materials and simple graphic assets.
• Collaborate closely with HP's Retail Team, Key Account Managers, and retail partners.

You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You enjoy working closely with clients, have a keen eye for detail, and are motivated by delivering high-quality results. At the same time, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve both processes and content.

We Believe You Have

• At least 1-2 years of experience in online merchandising, e-commerce, or digital content management.
• Experience working with consumer electronics retailers, or a strong understanding of the Nordic retail market.
• Experience coordinating digital content and managing deliveries from planning through implementation.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Fluency in English and at least one other Nordic language. Finnish is considered a strong advantage.

Salary & Start Date

SEK 30,000-34,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
