Purpose of the Role

The Sales Manager Sweden is responsible for driving profitable growth and strengthening Alfen Elkamo's market position in Sweden. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and executing the company's growth strategy across grid operators, renewable energy developers, fast charging infrastructure providers, industrial customers, EPC contractors, and other private grid customers.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager acts as the primary commercial representative in Sweden and is responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, increasing market presence, and securing sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Sweden sales growth strategy.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within target customer segments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
Maintain an accurate sales funnel, forecast, and CRM data.
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in cooperation with Sales Support.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, seminars, and trade fairs.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business development.
Support the development and management of distributor and partner networks in Sweden.

Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience in B2B sales within power distribution, energy infrastructure, renewable energy, EV charging, or related industries.
Good understanding of substations, switchgear, medium- and low-voltage distribution solutions, or related electrical infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and complex commercial negotiations.
Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and reporting.

Finnish is a must (does not need to be at a fluent level).
