Site Engineer

Job Description

Join the team of bold professionals at Enersense! We are now looking for a Site Engineer for our large-scale industrial project in Boden, Northern Sweden. We provide all travel arrangements as well as accommodation while working on site. The work rotation will be 4 weeks on site in Sweden, followed by 2 weeks off. The start will be as soon as possible and the estimated duration is until the end of May 2027.

The open position is within our Energy Transition business unit, where we help our customers improve the reliability of their production facilities and enhance maintenance operations. We deliver demanding project implementations for industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to improve productivity, manage the overall maintenance and reliability of our customers' production plants and provide resource and contracting services as well as subcontracting chain management services for domestic and international industrial projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• As a Site Engineer, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of project activities
• Review technical documentation, drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements
• Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets and material usage

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Relevant experience in industrial projects, especially in mechanical and piping works
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills in a fast-paced project environment
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail
• Fluent Finnish and good English language skills

Please note that the selected candidate will be working in Sweden as a posted employee from Finland, so you should have a permanent address in Finland.
