We are looking for a structured and curious professional to join our Special Case Team at NOBA. In this role, you will work with complex customer cases and disputes for the Finnish market, helping ensure that customers receive clear, accurate and fair follow-up.
About the role
As part of our Special Case Team, you will work hands-on with more complex customer cases across the Finnish market. The team plays an important role in ensuring high-quality handling of different customer cases, strong regulatory compliance and clear communication towards customers.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across NOBA, as well as with external partners such as debt collection agencies. Together, you will make sure that cases are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures.
At NOBA, you will be part of a Nordic working environment with skilled and supportive colleagues across markets and functions. You will work from our modern office at Fornebu, located right by the water, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home two days per week. In this role, you will work with a combination of customer cases, regulatory requirements and process improvement. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and handling complex disputes and customer inquiries
- Assessing legal aspects of cases, particularly within consumer law
- Handling GDPR-related requests
- Ensuring that cases are handled in line with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, including debt collection agencies
- Contributing to the development of processes, routines and best practices within the team
To succeed we believe you have
- Relevant education in law, finance, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably from banking, collections, complaint handling, customer operations or a similar environment
- Fluent language skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
It is positive if you
- Have a legal background or a strong interest in consumer law, experience collaborating with external partners such as debt collection agencies, or experience from an international or Nordic working environment
- Are fluent in Swedish, as we work closely with our colleagues in Sweden
