WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a CRM Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing creative and original content, managing content across all brands and markets, and shaping brand identity. You will collaborate with the CRM Onsite Manager and Head of Design to develop cross-brand content strategies and ensure clear brand guidelines. Your role involves producing engaging content that drives customer action, tracking its performance, and providing strategic insights. Additionally, you will support team members with editorial, creative, and technical guidance.
- Develop and manage creative, original content for multiple brands and markets.
- Collaborate with the CRM Onsite Manager and Head of Design on cross-brand content strategies.
- Establish and uphold clear brand guidelines with the Head of Design.
- Shape and build brand identity.
- Provide creative and strategic input to the CRM Department.
- Produce content that engages and inspires customers to take action.
- Track, analyze, and report on customer engagement performance weekly, offering insights and recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve content planning and user experience.
- Offer editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Proven experience in content creation and management.
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute content strategies collaboratively.
- Expertise in building and shaping brand identity.
- Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content that drives customer action.
- Proficiency in tracking, analysing, and reporting on content performance.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration to enhance content planning and user experience.
- Excellent editorial skills and technical proficiency in HTML.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Finnish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content management, preferably within a CRM or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
