Finnish-speaking Account Executive

At Tendium, you will sell our revolutionary B2B SaaS platform. We work with short sales cycles and a product that practically sells itself when you play your cards right. You have the energy and drive to take this opportunity to new heights.

Your commission is uncapped- the sky is the limit.

Your personality, experience, and skills
We are looking for someone with the right attitude. If you also have the right experience, that's great.
  • You are driven, energetic, and self-reliant.
  • Experience making cold calls and initiating meetings.
  • You can actively listen and identify customer needs.
  • You can translate needs into added value and sell a product/service.
  • You can continue to perform at a high level even after getting three rejections in a row.
  • You are fluent in Finnish and proficient in English. Any proficiency in Swedish is a bonus.
  • Experience with CRM tools - or willingness to learn.
  • 1+ years of B2B experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS is a plus.

About the position
We aim for the stars, and we are looking for someone who does too. As an Account Executive, you will sell Tendium's innovative SaaS platform across a variety of industries with Finland and the rest of Europe as your market.

You will work in a data-driven and digital sales process where the CRM system plays a central role. Your focus will be on new customer sales, and you are expected to take responsibility for the entire sales cycle - from calling leads to signed contracts.

If you perform well, you can reach level 2 where you will be boosted with leads from our excellent SDRs and marketing team, allowing you to focus entirely on closing more deals.

We have short sales cycles, and your commission will be uncapped.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager, and we are looking for someone who can be present in our modern office in central Stockholm.

This is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period, fixed salary, and commission.

In this role, you will mainly work with:
  • New customer sales via phone and video meetings.
  • Prospecting and qualifying new segments and initiating business dialogues.
  • Clearly communicating the value of Tendium's services in all possible dialogues.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers' challenges, needs, and business goals to create a "must-have" need for Tendium's services, both from a strategic, tactical, and economic perspective.
  • Challenging, educating, and guiding potential customers in their sales to the public sector.
  • Creating and converting your pipeline of deals - identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with potential customers.
  • Actively collaborating with other teams within Tendium to close deals.
