Finnish Speaking Customer Success Manager About Krea Krea is a leading fintech company helping drive the digitalization of the financing market for small and medium-sized enterprises in Finland and Sweden. In Finland we operate under the brand name Kredita. We help our business customers compare and find financing with the best possible terms in the most frictionless way possible. Our vision is to become the natural starting point for companies when they seek financing. Krea was founded in 2018 and has already been used by more than 30,000 companies. We are now expanding our team with a Customer Success Manager who will work closely with our business customers and help guide them through the process of procuring different forms of financing. We are looking for someone with at least a couple of years of work experience, a strong service mindset, and an interest in corporate finance. We would like you to be a motivated and curious person who enjoys helping to identify customers' financing needs and is happy to lend a helping hand. Key Responsibilities - Proactively contacting customers and leads for sales purposes, including previous customers and individuals who have shown interest through an application, loan calculator, or borrowing estimate via our unique website service.
- You become a central part of Krea's Customer Success team and handle incoming customer calls and emails in the Finnish market.
- Continuously following up with and contacting active business customers (borrowers) as well as our lenders.
- Documenting potential improvement opportunities in customer flows and relevant information during customer interactions.
- Regularly managing and maintaining customer data in our internal systems.
From the moment a customer has shown interest in financing, or has submitted an application, until they have signed an agreement with a lender, we at Krea need to answer any questions that may arise. We also need to proactively contact customers to check whether the financing options we have presented are relevant to them or not. If not, we explore what we can do to help the customer find suitable financing. The work will require a significant amount of time on the phone as well as email communication with business customers. As we continue to develop Krea's service and platform, it is also very valuable for us to understand changes in customer behavior and to continuously receive customer feedback. Therefore, part of the role will involve presenting customer feedback to the rest of the team in various ways. Requirements - Be fluent in Finnish and English

Desirable Qualifications - Previous experience in B2B sales or customer support
- A university degree in a relevant field (economics, finance, accounting or similar)
- Previous experience in digital financing or niche banks
- Swedish language skills is considered an advantage
