- Linguistic Mastery: Native-level Finnish (C2) and high proficiency in English.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or the digital advertising sector.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or significant hands-on experience in a related field.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with online advertising tools (Search, Display, or Video networks).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
