Join BMI Group and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our competence center, shaping the future with a diverse team in Vilnius!Our HR Service Delivery team provides HR administrative support to employees and managers throughout Europe. You will ensure the HR operation processes are running smoothly, answer employee queries (e.g. reference requests, policy queries etc.), ensure that HR data is stored accurately in the Workday HRIS and managed efficiently, and contribute to process and procedures improvements.
What you will be responsible for:- Managing the new joiner/mover/leaver process for the locations you support, including issuing contracts of employment
- Supporting recruitment operations
- Day to day management of the HR inbox, answering queries received from HR colleagues, line managers and employees
- Maintaining and auditing employee data in Workday and keeping it up to date by processing employee changes and correspondence
- Supporting monthly payroll process and HR reporting needs
- Providing support in administering and updating HR Policies and Procedures
- Tracking and processing all HR invoices and ensuring Finance is allocating the costs to the right cost centres
- Supporting other ad-hoc analyses and coordinating projects for global COEs
About you:- Experience in operational or administrative tasks (HR related experience would be a great advantage)
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Fluent Finnish language skills
- Strong analytical mind with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience using Workday system in an in-house environment (would be an advantage)
- Experience in using SAP for purchase order creation (would be an advantage)

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 2400 and 3000 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
