We are now looking for two HR Specialists, Finnish Speakers to join our teams at UPM Global HR Service Center located in Kraków, Poland.

What you will do

In HR Service Center we work in multiple teams with slightly different areas of responsibility. You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring that the information in the Workday system is correct and up-to-date.

In the Join team, we help the recruiting manager plan the recruitment stages, publish job advertisements in agreed channels, regularly contact applicants at different stages of recruitment and perform tasks related to hiring. We support the Summer Recruitment project, as member of recruitment project team you will:

• Handle applications and applicants' inquiries, schedule interviews and ensure great employee and candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication
• Work closely with the team of recruiters and assist them in their daily tasks and support UPM employees in Finland with the HR system

In the Develop & Perform team we coordinate the practical arrangements for classroom and online training, communicate with internal and external stakeholders and register information about training achievements after the training.

In the Rewards and Career Changes team we perform various tasks related to employment life cycle administration and reporting. We maintain employees' personal, employment, and compensation data in our HR system, prepare documents, administer benefit processes, prepare various reports, and answer queries related to our HR system and employment.

Who you are

• You have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent in a relevant field of study
• You communicate fluently in Finnish and English (both mandatory), proficiency in Estonian is considered a strong asset
• You ideally have previous HR experience or interest in developing in this area
• You are comfortable working with various software and systems
• You are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring stakeholders' satisfaction
• You have solid communication skills and a positive attitude
• You can systematically approach a high volume of diverse assignments and handle competing priorities
