We’re partnering with a global HR tech scaleup to hire a Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) to lead its most high-value opportunities in the Nordics. This role is the pinnacle for proven closers — managing €250–450K ARR enterprise deals and consistently delivering against a €1.2M annual quota.
Here, you’ll operate at the highest level of SaaS sales: building influence with C-level stakeholders, orchestrating long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles, and shaping strategic partnerships that will define both your success and the company’s future growth.
How You’ll Lead the Charge
- Open doors at the top — win new enterprise clients (1,000+ employees) across the Nordics
- Command complex cycles — manage €250–450K ARR deals from first contact to close
- Influence the boardroom — build trust and credibility with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Drive your own momentum — generate at least 50% of pipeline through strategic outbound activity
- Shape long-term value — develop account strategies that fuel sustained partnerships
- Keep it sharp — maintain precise forecasting and deal management in Salesforce
- Be the face of growth — represent the company at flagship industry events and conferences
You’re Ready for This Role If You Have…
- Proven enterprise success — 5+ years of SaaS closing experience, including 2+ at enterprise AE level
- Big-deal experience — a track record of closing €150K+ ARR deals with large organisations (1,000+ employees)
- Quota-crushing consistency — history of meeting or exceeding €1M+ annual targets
- Language edge — proficiency in a Nordic language (C1) plus fluent English
- Strategic influence — strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead consultative, high-stakes sales conversations
- Methodology mastery — experience applying MEDDIC and/or MEDDPICC
