Responsibilities

• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for various roles across international markets.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organizational culture.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to find and engage potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities and guide them through the application process.
• Assist clients in developing comprehensive job descriptions and advertising strategies to attract the right talent.
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and recruitment targets.
