Finnish Speaking Chat Moderator

A well-established igaming operator based in Ta' Xbiex, Malta, is seeking a Finnish-Speaking Chat Moderator to join a team managing live stream chat interactions. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those starting a career in customer support and looking to break into the igaming sector. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Streaming Product Lead.

The role offers a starting salary of €25K.

Role & Responsibilities

• Moderating the live stream chat
• Direct users to the customer support team when necessary
• Make quick decisions in response to inappropriate behavior, including trolling, spamming, harassment, signs of gambling addiction, and other concerning situations

Education, Skills & Experience

• Native-level fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in English, at C1 or C2 level
• Basic experience with online chatting
• Work experience or knowledge of igaming and streaming is a plus
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Basic understanding of Responsible Gaming principles is a plus
• Previous experience with online casino games is a plus
• Willingness to work shifts, including overnight shifts
