Finnish Speaking CRM Content Manager
You willbe reporting directly to the Head of CRM andwill be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the CRM content strategy for the Finnish-speaking market,to enhance player engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Due to the high level of igaming-related expertise required, only applicants with significant experience within the igaming industry, as outlined below, will be considered.
A starting salary of up to €40K,depending on experience is being offered.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create customer-centric campaigns to engage and retain players
- Create and manage innovative original content for various brands and markets
- Collaborate with the CRM Onsite Manager and Head of Design to develop comprehensive content strategies
- Establish and enhance brand identity
- Provide creative and strategic direction to the CRM department
- Produce content that captivates and motivates customers to take action
- Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members
- Monitor, analyse, and report on customer engagement performance weekly, providing insights and recommendations
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance content planning and user experience
Education, Skills, and Experience
- 3+ years experience in CRM /content management
- 2+ years experience of CRM / Content /Marketing within online casino & sportsbetting for the Finnish-speaking market
- Excellent communication, written and spoken, in Finnish
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of SEO practices and experience with CRM systems and other digital marketing tools
- Experience of creating and enhancing CRM strategies
- Strategic and analytical, with a strong interest in customer metrics
- Experience of collaboratively developing and executing content strategies
- Ability to interpret data and implement data-driven decisions
- Proficient in utilisingBI tools to create reports and measure customer engagement
- Technical proficiency in HTML
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
