Online Chat Moderator - Finnish Speaking

A well-established igaming operator based in St. Julians, Malta, is seeking a Finnish-Speaking Online Chat Moderator to join a team responsible for overseeing a live stream chat. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their careers in customer support and interested in entering the iGaming industry.

The role offers a starting salary of up to €27k plus (negotiable), depending on prior experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for managing the live stream chat
• Direct users to customer support when necessary
• Make prompt decisions in response to inappropriate behavior such as trolling, spamming, harassment, signs of addiction, and other threatening situations

Education, Skills & Experience

• Native-level fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level
• Basic experience in online chatting
• Strong judgment skills
• Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging and stressful situations
• Basic knowledge of Responsible Gaming principles
• Previous experience with online casino games is an advantage
• Willingness to work on a shift basis, including night shifts
