WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The right candidate will be helping with all the VIP processes for our casinos, setting the tone and aiming for the top satisfaction rates from our key customers driving revenue.
You will be responsible for maintaining high value customers & ensuring we are delivering the highest level of customer care whilst ensuring business VIP metrics & KPIs are hit on a monthly basis
A VIP Manager will ultimately identify potential VIPs and work on high-value programs, liaising with operational & marketing departments to build long-term customer value.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with VIP clients through inbound & outbound channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP customers.
- Addressing & resolving key customer complaints through different means of communications on a daily basis.
- Manage KPI targets & maximising player value.
- Planning, evaluating & giving feedback on daily, weekly & monthly KPI performance.
- Assisting with the standard VIP procedures
- Developing & implementing VIP programs & initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless VIP experiences
WHO ARE YOU?
- Fluent/native level English & Finnish language skills (speaking, reading & writing).
- At least 1 year experience in the Gaming
- Strong commercial background with proven track record of exceeding targets and generating revenue
- Key Skills including customer acquisition and retention, relationship building and strategic management
- Extremely organized with outstanding time management
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must
- Socializer with good interpersonal skills (phone/chat/emails)
- Strong analytical skill with a high level of Excel knowledge
- Have good relationship building skills
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Commitment to providing world-class service to valuable customers
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
